REFERRAL FROM A CUSTOMER TO A PROSPECT - WHO BECAME A CUSTOMER

I honestly can not say enough good things about this company to be honest with you. I bought a new house 5 years ago, and had been looking for the perfect "e;dining room set"e; to go in my new house for the entire 5 years.
... Then I finally found it .... but it was ONLINE !! I was soooooooooooo scared to order it, but honestly, the price was so much less than anything even close to it that I had seen at a retail store !
So, I spoke w/Robert Annaldo at length on more than a few occasions and just got a 'good"e; feeling about the whole thing. I also had occasion to speak with Amanda... who was also terrific.... very professional and courteous at all times, despite my many phone calls with questions.
I decided to go with my gut that it just seemed like a good company. I checked them out with the better business bureau to make sure there were no negative complaints and there weren't any. I think I placed my order in June, and was told it would be on a shipment to the U.S. in September (Production is closed in AUGUST in Italy... the whole country is basically on vacation in August, as I am sure you know). Sure enough, I think it was the second week of September when I got an email that it was in a container and "e;on the boat"e;.... by I would say the first week of October, I got another email that it arrived in the States, would have to clear customs and make its way to New York. Thereafter, I would say within another week or so, I got a call from a local delivery company which was very professional and we set a date for delivery.
I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I WAS WITH THE ENTIRE SET !! IT IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING & EVERYONE WHO COMES TO MY HOME COMMENTS ON IT .... It was even prettier in person, and the quality was superb. I have ordered many pieces of furniture from many different stores, and "e;it is always something "e;.... sometimes one piece will be missing, a fabric ripped, or something got 'broken' in shipment, etc. This one came with many glass shelves, mirrors, lighting etc. .. which came all the way on a boat from Italy, had NO ISSUE at all ! I was pleasantly surprised & wouldn't hesitate to use them again... without question. I only wished I had found them 5 years earlier before I bought the furniture for the rest of my house ! I wholly recommend them without reservation!
