We want to make finding the perfect Italian furniture easy, and have you share in our enjoyment of discovering the undiscovered. To that end, we've tried to make our website -- and the entire experience -- as uncomplicated as possible. Here are the basics:

1. GETTING STARTED:

Click the orange "Get More Info" button on any product page to get additional information, higher resolution photos, seating allowances, etc.

2. LET US HELP:

We would love to help you tour our virtual showroom anytime -- when you first arrive, or after you've had a chance to browse around our site and get a better sense of which pieces will look best in your home.

We're here to assist you by phone, by email, or in an online chat. When you're ready, just call our toll-free number or click the appropriate action button above.

3. PRODUCTION:

All of the furniture on our site is 100% made-to-order in Italy. So once you've placed your order, we expedite it into production, and the Italian artisans get to work on your special new furniture.

4. WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY:

Once your furniture is produced, its international journey begins -- first overseas, and then over land. Each step of the way, it's under the watchful eye of experts who know and care about furniture.

The final step of your furniture's trip to its new home is white-glove delivery and assembly -- lovingly placed just where you'd like its new life to begin.

5. HAPPY CUSTOMERS:
